Privacy policy
Effective September 23, 2026. This policy covers the website at www.tradedocsstudio.com, operated by TradeDocsStudio (Just Web Support LLC, Brooklyn, New York), and the products and tools we publish.
Short version: this website has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no advertising or analytics trackers. We do not collect personal information through the site. Purchases happen on Etsy, Gumroad or Amazon under their privacy policies, and our free Chrome extension stores your inputs only on your own device.
Information we collect on this website
The website is a static site served by Cloudflare. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, cookies for tracking, or contact forms. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard server data (your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That data is handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy; we do not receive it in a form that identifies you.
Embedded content and outbound links
Product pages embed preview videos from YouTube. When a video loads, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect data as described in the Google privacy policy. The site links out to Etsy, Gumroad, Amazon, YouTube, Pinterest and Quora; those sites have their own policies once you leave ours.
Purchases
We do not process payments on this website. When you buy a template or bundle, the transaction, your payment details, your email address and the download delivery are handled entirely by the store you buy from: Etsy, Gumroad or Amazon for the printed workbooks. Those platforms show us the information needed to fulfil and support an order (typically your name, the item bought and the order date); we use it only for that purpose and do not add you to any mailing list.
If you email [email protected], we keep the message for as long as needed to reply and handle any follow-up, then delete it. We do not share it with anyone else.
Chrome extension
Our free Service Business Toolkit extension saves the numbers you enter and your checklist progress in Chrome's local storage on your own device. It has no background process, makes no network requests and sends nothing to us or to anyone else. The full policy is on the extension privacy policy page.
Children
The site and products are intended for business owners and staff. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Your rights
Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests are best directed to the store you purchased from. If you believe we hold information about you (for example an email exchange) and want it corrected or deleted, write to [email protected] and we will do so. Residents of the EEA, the UK and California have additional rights under GDPR, the UK GDPR and the CCPA, including access, deletion and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; we honour all of these.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be noted on this page.
